Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been published and are not under consideration by another journal. Manuscripts must fall within the focus and scope of the Journal of Lifestyle Communication.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Present a clear research problem and scholarly contribution.

  2. Use an appropriate theoretical or conceptual framework.

  3. Explain the research method transparently.

  4. Present findings and discussion in a coherent manner.

  5. Use relevant and current academic references.

  6. Follow the current JLC article template and reference style.

  7. Remove names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and other identifying information from the review manuscript when anonymous review is used.

  8. Enter accurate author names, affiliations, email addresses, and ORCID identifiers in the submission metadata.

  9. Obtain permission for any copyrighted images, tables, figures, or other materials included in the manuscript.

  10. Disclose funding sources and potential conflicts of interest where applicable.

Authors should ensure that the manuscript is written clearly, follows academic standards, and has been carefully proofread before submission. Detailed formatting requirements, word limits, language policy, and citation style will follow the most recent JLC article template published on the journal website.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The manuscript is original and is not under consideration by another journal.
  • The manuscript is relevant to the focus and scope of JLC.
  • The manuscript follows the current JLC article template.
  • Author identities have been removed from the review manuscript where anonymous review is required.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures are numbered, titled, and cited in the manuscript.
  • Permission has been obtained for copyrighted material used in the manuscript.
  • Author names, affiliations, email addresses, and ORCID identifiers have been entered correctly in the submission metadata.
  • The authors agree to the journal's publication ethics, copyright, and open access policies.
